What is this all about?

As part of the TUM Alumni Network, we want to build a community around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion topics. We are kicking off our very first event on the 16th of February, and we are super excited to meet with you and build a safe harbor to discuss DEI topics.

Who can join?

This will be an exclusive session for TUM alums and DEI community members of NTT DATA interested in networking with others from different generations, nationalities, and backgrounds, extending their network, and exchanging ideas and experiences about inclusive leadership/mindset.

Esra Himmel

Esra is the Chief Operating Officer at goetzpartners group with a background of nine years in strategy consulting and business development. In all her activities, she is focusing on establishing goetzpartners as the employer of choice for its current and future talents. Driven by change, Esra is a role model for young women, students with a migration background, and mothers pursuing a leadership position. Focus Magazin selected her as one of 100 Women of the Year who have inspired, encouraged, and pushed boundaries in 2022.

Tsvetana holds a BSc in Business Informatics from TUM and is a mentor for foreign and female students at her alma mater. As Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at NTT DATA, she’s dedicated to one of her biggest passions – helping people and businesses to excel - through creating a more inclusive environment that attracts and maintains talent, appreciates experience, and supports getting the best out of each one’s uniqueness.

Samiddha Mukherjee

With an MSc in Informatics from TUM, Samiddha has worked in the tech industry in Munich for over five years. Currently, as an IT Consultant at Netlight Consulting, she helps organizations solve their biggest technical challenges. She is also very passionate about DEI, having organized several meetups and panel discussions to drive equality and inclusion for diverse communities in the tech industry. Currently, she also actively mentors multiple startups in the TUM Startup Incubator.
